CEE의 새로운 교사 아카데미 런칭
유아 및 초등 교육 분야의 리더인 조기 교육 센터는 2024년 9월에 첫 번째 교사 코호트를 시작으로 신규 교사 아카데미를 시작할 예정입니다.
신규 교사 아카데미는 신규 및 젊은 교사들이 경험을 쌓고 자격증을 취득할 수 있도록 지원하는 것을 목표로 합니다.
- Hands-on teaching responsibilities in Early Childhood and Elementary classrooms
- Access to mentor teachers and lifelong learning opportunities
- Earn a teaching credential by the end of the third year
- 전문 전문성 개발, 워크샵 및 프로그래밍
CEE 신규 교사 아카데미는 3년 레지던시 모델 프로그램으로, 신규 교사가 센터에서 교수직을 수행하면서 자격증 과정을 이수하고 센터의 전문성 개발, 멘토링 및 커뮤니티 리소스를 이용할 수 있는 프로그램입니다.
예비 교사는 수업일 내내 다양한 교실에 배치되는 CEE의 교육 지원 팀의 일원으로 프로그램을 시작합니다. 교육 지원 교직원은 유아 및 초등학생을 위한 발달에 적합한 활동을 만들고 실행하며, 담임 교사를 지원하고, 아이들을 감독하고, 필요 시 대체 교사 역할을 하며, 교실 관리 및 조직을 돕습니다.
Over the course of the three-year program, participants gradually earn more responsibilities and complete coursework with the goal of becoming fully credentialed teachers at the end of the three years.
